     Elgin, Ill., April 13.-Waiting for his master, F. Ernest Millitzer, who is believed to have drowned in Fox river a faithful fox terrier refused to desert his position at the foot of a tree on the river bank until carried away by searchers. The dog’s persistence in remaining in one place is the only clue to the whereabouts of the missing German Luthern schoolteacher who mysteriously disappeared while hunting.
