Almost Eaten Up by Mosquitoes.

Bridget Collins, eighty years old, who wondered from her home in the Bronx, New York city, was found in a swamp ten miles away half buried in mud and almost eaten alive by mosquitoes. Mounted Policeman Flynt was riding past the swamp when some boys called his attention to what appeared to be a bundle of rags, which they declared had moved. By means of several boards the policeman got to where the woman was lying and carried her out. She was taken to the Lebanon hospital, where it is said she could not live.
