Justice Van Deusen Places Heavy Fine on Two Evanston Men.

This morning Edward Brown and James Palmer, two hunters from Evanston, were arraigned before Justice Van Deusen, charged with hunting rabbits with a ferret by deputy Sheriff Martin Lux. It cost each one $16.40. They paid.
